Hey! I’m Shelby, your doula! I am thrilled to be a part of your birth and postpartum experience! Allow me to introduce myself and share a bit about the services I provide!

My passion for being a doula began after my last baby was born. I had a traumatic birth and could have used the emotional and physical support of a doula. I spent almost a year reflecting on my experience and realized that I didn’t’ want another mom to go through what I went through alone.

As your doula, my role is to provide emotional, physical, practical, and informational support as you navigate birth, your postpartum recovery, and adjust to life with your newborn. I am committed to creating a nurturing environment where you feel supported, confident, and empowered.
